Level up Points Distribution
From level 1 to 25, use all level up points to Energy till you get 50 maximum energy.
Next, start adding points to health up to 200max.

Leveling Up
Level up through completing missions and random attacks.

Missions
Missions give a good amount of experience to level up faster and cash to buy more weapons, armor, vehicles and properties.

Bookie = recommended mission/job if you want to earn experience faster.
Weapon Smuggling = recommended if you want to get more money.

Weapons, Armors and Vehicles
Buy the best weapons for my level and fully equipped my mobs.
The most expensive items don't mean they're the best. You have to check their attack and defense. The higher attack and defense, the better.

Maximum No. of Mobs to Fight With
Level 1-50
From level 1-50, the maximum number of weapons, armor and vehicles that you use in fights is determined by your level x 10mobs.
e.g. : level 20 x 10mobs = 200 max weapons, armor and vehicle
Make sure your number of mobs is x10 your level.
So if you're level 30, you gotta have at least 300 mobs.

Level 51+
level 50 = 500mobs
+1level(after 50) x 2 = 2mobs
Total = 502mobs
Therefore, a level 51 player, you can have 502 max mobs to fight with.

Properties
I recommend that you shouldn't buy any properties until you have 50max E and reached level 30 where you can make good amount of cash through missions and able to afford at least a Shopping Mall.
When buying properties, compare the current prices of Shopping Mall and Night Club.
For example,
Property: Shopping Mall = $66,600,000 Pre-requisite : Uptown District = $1,000,000
Property: Night Club = $63,600,000 Pre-requisite : Seafront Lot = $4,000,000
Both have the same total cost of $67,600,000.
Night Club will give you +$150,000 more cash flow per hour while
Shopping Mall gives you only +$100,000.
Therefore, it is better to buy a Night Club than a Shopping Mall.
Buy 1 Night Club, and then 5 Shopping Malls.
After that, their total costs will be equal again.
Buy 1 Night, buy 5 Shopping Malls.
Repeat the steps.
That's a smart way of purchasing properties.


Marked List
Keep an eye on the Marked List for easier and faster way of earning money.
It doesn't matter if you'd lose the fight. As long as you made the last hit, you claim the bounty.
Have at least 5 maximum stamina for better chances of claiming bounties.

Fights
In attacking, choose targets who have lesser mobs than the max mob for that level.
e.g. Level 30 Mobs: 299 and below are good targets
They're a sure win for you unless they cheat or your mobs aren't fully equipped.

This method isn't gonna make you level up fast, but it will definitely make you a strong mob for your level without hacking/cheating.
There have been numerous times where I've defended successfully from high leveled players attacks.
